Cookies should have saturated fat no more than 2 grams and 1 cookie per 150 calories. Fibre should be 1 gram and no trans-fat and there may be partially hydrogenated oils. For bagels, 1 bagel should be less than 240 calories with 4 grams of fibre. The best bagel you have is the ones made with whole grain. 1 English muffin should be less than 160 calories with 3 grams of fibre.

Frozen waffle is another bakery item that people love to eat and per 2 waffles the calories should be less than 200. Healthy waffles mean less than 1 gram of unsaturated fat and 5 grams of sugar. Fibre requirement is minimum 3 grams and must be made of whole grain. 

The most common form of carbs is bread and bread must serve you with less than 120 calories with minimum 3 grams of fibre. It is preferred when the bread is whole grain with less than 160 mg of sodium. Gluten free bread is a healthier option which, per slice, should provide minimum 2 grams of fibre with less than 160 mg of sodium. Wraps are another item that is liked by many should have less than 200 calories per wrap. The fibre should be minimum 2 grams and less than 310 mg of sodium.
